Prof Strachan’s book on the war has been adapted into a Channel 4 series.

With the impending 100 year anniversary upon us, Professor Strachan has said, ‘the big challenge is not the principle of commemoration but the practice of education.’ Part of ‘Sounds Of War – Instruments of Peace’ series.
