Friday, 17th November
Venue: 7:30pm, St Nicholas’ Church, Brighton BN1 3LJ
The church’s newly-restored Elysian piano provides an opportunity to present a spectacular evening of ensemble piano music – a totally different experience to the solo recital.
This unique two-piano extravaganza ranges from duos performed by Evgenia Startseva and Yuri Paterson-Olenich and Helen Burford & Simon Lane through to a newly-composed work written for eight players (16 hands!) and music for four players, performed by the Zongora Piano Group. Kemp Duo and special guests including Caroline Lucas MP will also be playing.
Includes music by Bach, Mozart, Poulenc, Ravel, Schubert and Percy Grainger
